Your business
Your orders, your menu, your customers.
Sign in to the ordering line that runs on your own WhatsApp number — the one your regulars already have saved.
- We never take a percentage of an order. Not now, not at scale.
- The number is registered to your business. Leave and take it with you.
- Your customer installs nothing and creates no account. They order in WhatsApp.
What you get, once you are in.
Every order on one screen
The WhatsApp order, the QR order from table four and the one somebody phoned in, in the order they arrived.
A menu you change during service
Sold out at eight in the evening is a switch, not a support ticket. Photograph a printed menu and it is read into a draft you confirm.
A kitchen screen
The dish, the quantity and the note. No customer name and no phone number — the line does not need them, so it does not get them.
Your customer list
What each person has spent with you, how many times, and when they last came. New, loyal or lapsed, worked out from the orders.
The delivery area you cover
You draw it. There are no Cibunora riders — you deliver the way you deliver now, or use whoever you already use.
Sales and costs
What came in, what it cost you, and the month closed off without a spreadsheet.
A code for the counter
A QR for the table, the bill or the cart, so somebody standing at it can order without asking.
The counter, for orders you take by hand
A walk-up or a phone order goes on the same screen as the rest, so the day adds up.
Given a code by your rep?
A business joins with a twelve-character invite code from Cibunora, at /join. It sets up this login at the same time. If you do not have a code, message us and we will set your line up with you — there is no self-service sign-up, on purpose.
